Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from Cera Studio ApS online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If your order contains multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the final product.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Including your order number will help us identify your order.
You may use our model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Returning Your Products
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear that cost.
Please package the products carefully to protect them during transport.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse the payments received for the withdrawn purchase, including the original standard delivery cost where applicable.
We are not required to reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned products or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
You will not incur additional fees for the reimbursement.
Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect the products to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
For candles, burning or substantially using a product may reduce its value. This does not automatically eliminate your statutory right of withdrawal.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied.
Defective or Damaged Products
Your right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
